Family

By Rob Clement

These days in the West a family can comprise of one parent and a single child, two parents and assorted offspring, parent/s with grandparent/s and children. All want different things out of a holiday. All need a break from the normal and routine lives they have and all want to “rest”. That is where the similarities end. Everyone has their own ideas of what rest and recreation means. All have their different thresholds of energy usage and noise tolerance.

So where can we help you with the family holiday. We have started this year to look at the particular problems associated with a family holiday. The main wage earner (man or woman) will need some time to get away from work. Any seniors will want to spend time with the children and not get too exhausted.

We have tried to look at the fun element on a holiday. We are looking into the price of a family holiday. We are looking at the best age to go to Disney and the reasons to take a family vacation as well as vacationing with children.

Do take time to be with and enjoy your children’s company before they start to vacation with their friends in far-away locations. Postcards are nice but they cannot beat having time with your kids and grandchildren.
